The tracking updates were okay, but they weren’t always super clear. My order did keep moving and it showed up eventually, so maybe I was just overthinking it. There were a few days where nothing changed, though, and I wasn’t sure if something was wrong or if that’s just normal.

I ordered a couple of things from jayandsilentbob.com, and unfortunately they didn’t show up in the best shape. One item had a cracked case and the other had a bent corner. The shipping box looked like it had been through a lot, and there really wasn’t much padding inside to protect anything. I’ve ordered similar collectibles from other sites before and they usually come packed a bit more securely, so this was kind of disappointing. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a while, and the solution didn’t really feel worth all the back and forth. The stuff itself is cool, I just wish it had arrived in better condition...

Then a few days later I get an email saying part of my order was out of stock, which was frustrating because of course it was the main thing I wanted. The rest of the order wasn’t really the point, you know?

I get that inventory can get messed up sometimes, but the site really needs to be updated better. Now it feels like I wasted time, and on top of that I’m stuck waiting for a refund.

I reached out to support and they got back to me fast, like really fast. They fixed the issue without any hassle, so I’m happy with it.

I’m not totally sure this is legit. The merch felt kind of fake to me, and I also felt a bit pressured to go through with it before I had time to really check things out

I ordered a hoodie and a tee from jayandsilentbob.com, and yeah... I did check the size chart before buying. I figured I was being careful, but the fit still ended up feeling kind of off.

The hoodie was tight around the chest but weirdly long in the arms, and the tee felt smaller than what I’d expect from a regular XL. I’m not sure if it already shrank somehow or if the sizing just runs small, but either way, it didn’t fit right.

The prints looked good, so that’s not really my issue. I just wish the sizing was explained a little better, because now I’m probably going to have to mess with a return, which is... not exactly what I wanted.

I tried using the discount code, but it didn’t work at checkout and I was still charged the full amount. Not a huge issue, but the promos feel underwhelming if they don’t actually apply.

I’m a Jay and Silent Bob fan, so I was expecting the site to have a lot more personality or fun little touches. To be fair, it does what a merch site is supposed to do, but it felt basic to me and didn’t really capture the vibe I was hoping for.

Maybe other fans will get more out of it, but I just didn’t get that excited fan feeling while browsing. Some of the stuff seemed overpriced, and nothing really made me want to come back later. Overall, it was kind of disappointing
